I am Mexican and a big fan of BBQ. However, I have a lot of respect and love for and often replicate Argentinian Asado.

This in Monterrey is called cooking it "a la griega". The other way we cook it is in "ataud" which is in a box with a metal cover with coals over it. Try and get a hold of some Machitos next time and throw them on the grill, ufffff 👌🏼. Muy buen video amigo!

Great video! I have a question: how do you decide whether to use salmuera or a dry rub (like in the beef ribs video)? Does it depend on the type of meat, or what difference does it make? Thanks and keep the videos coming!
