Very Well Said~! The Chamorro culture is built on FAMILIA, and when you say family I automatically think "Fiesta". The Fiesta is a representation of how strong our Chamorro Community is and has been forever. One way of continuing our culture is through our food and cooking techniques. By the way, In our culture, Family is not limited to your immediate brothers and sisters but also extended to those friends and acquaintances that we've accumulated through the years. I will go out on a limb and say that those military or visitors that have been stationed on Guam or just visited will agree. for another type of tinaktak you can put chicken and achiote and donne peppers is good substitute for the ground beef
