Blessings to you guys am just imagine the taste of the jackfruit. I never know it can cook that way. It's like a vegetarian meal for people who don't eat meat. Next time add some coconut milk more tasty. My mouth run water ❤❤❤ today I did veggie chunks meatballs in sweet and sour sauce, along with rice and peas. Also breadfruit 🥗 salad. Curry jack fruit looks like a fruit name chatigne in Trinidad its done the same way we take the seeds out shell thwm and cut them them strip out the flesh curry it with coconut milk same way mike did the jack fruit well done mike 😊
