Ingredients:
1. Pompano Marinade
500 grams - Pompano
1/4 tsp - salt
1/4 tsp - pepper powder
1 tsp - cornstarch
2. Frying
1/4 cup - canola oil
***marinated Pompano
3. Thickening Sauce
1/2 cup - water
1 tsp cornstarch
4. Stir Fries
3 tbsp - same used oil
1/2 cup - carrots
1/2 cup - bell peppers
1/2 cup - onions
5. Escabeche Sauce
* left over same oil
3 cloves - garlic
3 pcs - spicy chilis
2 tbsp - vinegar
1/4 cup - banana or tomato catsup
1/4 tsp - pepper powder
1 tsp - sugar
1/2 tsp - chicken powder
2 tsp - liquid seasoning
***fried veggies
***thickening sauce
Cooking time: approximately 25 minutes
