Hi Dinesh and Vidia. It's always a pleasure watching the two of you preparing and cooking the food. The fish and chips/fries looked delicious but I have never seen the fries cooked in that way by par-boiling them first. Interesting 🤔. Now I see there are two little budding cooks in Aralia and Tally. Dinesh, outside of Trinidad and Tobago and maybe the other islands, they really don't season the fish first, so I can imagine how flavorful your fried fish was.😋. Its true the yellow potato boils faster than the white irish ones. So many ways to mk fries, this is one way, another is cutting it thinner and frying as the common way, another is after cutting them soak them a bit in salt and baking soda, another is fry them and remove them from the oil and cool about 2 minutes then drop them back a 2nd time to fry a little for crunchiness lol. And fish seasoned to perfection cause 🤐🤐🙊🤭alot of places dont season their fish or meats on the hold to fry and sell so we just get a bland fish with a crust alone when we buy it 😂. And yesss Dinesh did the same thing alot of us do with good ole bread🤭. Always a pleasure and love u guys❤❤
