recipe for fried bananas
5 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 pack of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 packet of baking powder
1 egg
1 glass of milk or yogurt
The peel of the banana is very hard. Peel it with the help of a knife.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until it becomes thick. Then, let's add the bananas to this mixture. Let's put 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a pan and add the bananas when the pan gets hot. Let's fry it for just 2 minutes, and then let's put it on our plate, lined with a napkin.
