If I wanted a little spice how much scotch bonnet pepper should I add and when?

@@tay2tiny you could add while you sauté the bell peppers , I would add about two slices for moderate heat. It is really based on your spice tolerance level. I would remove all seeds tho. Thank you for watching 😊
