The east coast of Georgia is beautiful for catching nice fish! I haven't seen the all of but east and west north south Georgia they're all different cuisine there just like here in Florida except Georgia has fatter deer 🦌

Roast a bunch of chicken bones (or any bones) until nearly charred and the stock will be very dark. If you add vegetables to the stock, roast those until they have very darkened skins. Then your stock will be quite dark. My mother puts dark ale in stock as well, which makes it very dark as well.
