How to cook Nigerian Party Jollof Rice.Best Rice Recipes.Easy Fast jollof Rice

Ingredients Needed:
Blended Fresh Tomatoes, Tatashe, shombo
Blended Ginger and garlic
Chopped onions
Chicken
Beef
Liver
Knorr cubes
Bay leaves
Salt
Procedure:
Pre boil your Rice
season your Beef and chicken very well, bring it to boil
in a pot, add Soy oil, or Oliver oil or Groundnut oil
-Fry your meat in the oil
-then add your onions and bay leaves. fry till the onions is translucent
-add your packaged tomatoes paste
-fry for 5 mins
-add your Freshly blended Tomatoes mix
Fry for 15mins
-Add your Stock
-Allow to boil for 10mins
-Add your pre boiled rice
-Stir to combine very well
-Add 2 cups of water
Stir very well
Adjust the taste if needed by adding more salt,seasoning cubes or Crayfish
Then COVER THE POT WITH FOIL
Allow to steam for about 25mins
*Open the Pot on intervals to check the rice
