HOW TO COOK ON A BUDGET | Budget Meals with Matthew

Cooking can be so expensive and time consuming...but what if it didn't need to be? Let's make Chicken Parmesan with simple ingredients. I am aware this isn't super "cheap" or "inexpensive" but I am working to find the best deals, and if you enjoyed this video, please let me know by commenting and liking the vid! I loved making this one and if you enjoyed would love to make more in the future. That being said, I spent around $16 at the store and made enough food to serve 6...$2.67 per person isn't too bad.
RECIPE
4 chicken breasts
2 cups of flour
__________
* seasonings vary based on what you have/to taste
1 tablespoon salt
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sage
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp chili powder
3 eggs
_____________________
1/2 jar panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp parsley
______________________
1 jar of marinara sauce
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
pasta, serving depending on amount of people eating

I don’t really love Chicken Parmesan! I love Grilled Cheese and Cheese Quesadillas but when it comes to Chicken Parmesan or Pizza 🍕 I take the cheese off of them and I only eat the sauce and chicken!
