Ms. Brenda you are an amazing woman. I thank God for you. When you talk about food that your mother cooked for you as a child, it has me longing for my grandmothers love. She didn't have measuring cups, and used her hands to pick up flour and sugar. I remember having stove top biscuits with sugar syrup. Your spirit is so beautiful. You're truly a Proverbs 31 woman. To hear you tell us to be blessed, makes my whole day! Thank You again.

Hello Antoinette. Thanks for your love and support. I’m very familiar with Beaumont. My daughter went to Lamar University for four years. We made many road trips there until she finally got a car and drove herself home to visit. Wow!!..When you moved away...you really moved away. Never been to California in my life. Maybe one day. Stay Safe😷 Blessings to you and your family 🙏🏽🧡💜💙💚💛

Please show us how to cure the pork. I think Home Economics should be taught in high school. You could really be an inspiration for teens who only want junk food. They would start feeling better and thinking better before making so much of a mess in their lives. I love watching your videos because I do not have to spend hours searching for expensive stuff that tv cooks use.

@Janice Thomas I totally agree with you about Home Economics being taught in schools. In my days in school during the 70's I had HomeEcs we learned how to cook, bake and see while the boys did woodwork. Starting at the age of 12, I have learned from the best of the best also, my Grandmother, Grandaunts, Aunt and my Mom may their souls rest in peace.
