How to Cook Sotanghon Guisado Recipe | Stir Fried Glass Noodles Pinoy Style
Ingredients:
1. Fry Garlic
4 tbsp - olive oil
2/3 cup - garlic
2. Stir Fries
* same used oil
1 cup - shallots/onions
2 tbsp - spicy chilis
420 grams - chicken breast or chicken legs
2 tbsp - fish sauce
1 cup - carrots
2 cups - baguio beans
500 grams - cabbage
1 tsp - chicken powder
1/2 tsp - sugar
3. Prepare Annatto Seeds
2 tbsp - annatto seeds
1 cup - hot water or hot oil
4. Prepare Glass Noodle Bean Thread
360 grams - glass noodle beanthread
water - enough to submerge noodles
5. Cook Glass Noodle Bean Thread
***sauce from stir fries
3 cups - water
2 tbsp - dark soy sauce
1 tsp - ground pepper
170 grams - fish balls
1 tsp - chicken powder
1 tsp - sugar
1 tsp - vinegar
***soaked annatto/ achuete seeds
***soaked glass noodle bean thread
2 tbsp - liquid seasoning
2 to 3 tbsp - sesame oil
***stir fries
Garnish with:4 tbsp - spring onions| 5 pcs spicy chilis| fried garlic
Season with Calamansi & Patis
Cooking Time: Approximately 25 minutes
