How to cook spicy salmon. In this video we harvested vegetables from the Bangladeshi garden Vegetables and cooked up an absolute treat! We used home grown aubergine, courgettes, mishti lau, and runner beans and Naga Morich. We grilled these vegetables with a fresh piece of salmon. It's super easy and quick and most importantly so tasty. Have a go yourself, the recepie is down below.
Marinade for salmon (two portion):
One tea spoon turmeric
One tea spoon chilli powder
One tea spoon curry powder
Half a tea spoon Dania powder
One tea spoon home made naga sauce
A drizzle of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Place the salmon in a bowl and mix in all the spices and oil and that's that. Place the salmon In an airfryer for 30 mins. Alternatively pan fry or place in the oven.
Marinade for vegetables:
Olive oil, Dry Chili flake, garlic powder, salt and pepper
