How to Cook Super Creamy Ginataang Manok/ Visayan Cooking

Good day everyone, today I'm going to show my simple and easy Chicken recipe that my mother taught me Visayan kind of Cooking
Ingredients
Native Chicken
Coconut milk and coconut cream ( I used 2 whole coconut)
Salt
fish sauce or patis
vinegar
Ginger
Garlic
Red Onion
Bell pepper
Black pepper powder
Chicken broth Cube( optional) can do without this
Spring Onion
Lemongrass
Green Chili
Sayote or Chayote( you can use green papaya if you have)

Then I found my new favorite channel, Indai Allyn. Sheś so natural, way daghang estorya ug mga ka-dramahan sa kinabuhi, but rather, she focused on preparing good and healthy local dishes nga binisaya. The way she cooks her food is clean and tedious unya nindot ang resulta sa mga gipangluto. It makes me wanna go back to Pinas to live a simple life nalang hehe...
