Girl has light and dark soy sauce but no chef knife 😂 All jokes aside, love the simplicity, hate trying to make a balanced stirfy sauce. gonna try this when i get some fresh ginger!

At what point did the tofu get brown, when u added it to the pot and before the soy sauces. Did u fry it? cause it's definitely a different color. I will like to try it but i'm a bit confused.

Thanks for watching. I put the tofu in the air fryer before adding to the pot. It got browned in the air fryer. Try it out and let’s know how it turns out.
