INGREDIENTS:
TUNA FLAKES 1/4 KILO
CARROT
ONION
GARLIC
ONION LEAVES
FLOUR
SALT
BLACK PEPPER POWDER
EGG
BREAD CRUMBS
PROCEDURE:
*IN A CLEAN CONTAINER, MIX 1/4 KILO OF TUNA FLAKES
*ADD GRATED CARROT, CHOPPED ONION, GARLIC AND ONION LEAVES
*2 TABLE SPOON OF FLOUR
*2 PIECES EGG AS OUR BINDER
*ADD 50 GRAMS OF BREAD CRUMBS
*HALF TEASPOON OF SALT AND BLACK PEPPER POWDER
*MIX THEM ALL TOGETHER WITH YOUR HANDS
*SCOOP A TEASPOON FULL OF MIXTURE AND MOLD THIS INTO A BALL SHAPE WITH YOUR HANDS
*I USE TEASPOON TO EVENLY MEASURE EACH BALL I MAKE
*CONTINUE THE PROCESS UNTIL WE MOLD ALL THE MIXTURE
*ADD 1 KILO OF OIL INTO PREHEATED PAN
*WHEN THE OIL GETS HOT ADD OUR MOLDED MIXTURE
ONE BY ONE
*DEEP FRY AND COOK OUR TUNA
BOLA- BOLA UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
*WHEN IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN, IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THEM FROM THE OIL
*TRANSFER INTO SERVING PLATE, SERVE AND ENJOY!!!
