How to Copy, Print & Scan with HP DeskJet Plus 4152 & 4155 All-In-One printer ?

Everything that's shown here is simple and logical. Problem is, when one does it the printer immediately complains about some problem or the other. I haven't been able to use this printer ONCE in a straightforward way, there's always some problem. Somehow I managed to print copies the first time after trying FOR A LONG TIME; now I try to scan and it keeps saying there's a problem, but doesn't specify what problem, just go to the website and check. When I go to the website and click on "how to scan", guess what? The webpage cannot be accessed because there's a problem. This printer is a headache after another, I feel like returning it, tbh.

I'm going through the same thing.. When I first set it up, I was able to print, and after a couple of tries scan.. Then the 2nd time I tried to scan nothing but problems.. Now I have an important document I need to print and it's not even working for that. WTF?

The only hard part is getting the paper to feed. I have even tried only one sheet and it still jams. There is no page guide to make the paper go straight into the printer. I noticed that this video didn't show the pages actually feeding into the printer.

This is so many more steps then how printers used to be. Plug in, connect, print / scan- done. WTF happened to the old way. If I had known all the BS was required I would not have bought this printer. A PC issue and now a complicated printer, HP has lost any future business from me.

Hello hopefully you can help me out. I keep getting the message that the scanner is not available when connected remotely. Do you know why I could be getting this message? I’ve used the scanner before and it worked perfectly fine but now it’s not work.

The printer's wifi has never worked for me. I think when I did manage to print some pages it used my main wifi, because if I try to use the printer's wifi there isn't an internet connection. Ever.

Can you scan a few pages at the time ? Are they in colour ?

How to scan with the printer offline? I want to disconnect from the internet and I have a usb cable. what am I missing to be able to scan without using the internet?? I have set it up and it is working with HPSmart and the internet, however I don't want to be connected to the internet while scanning if I can?

Yes, mine has ALWAYS given me problems. I don't want HP's freaking app. I even went round 'n round with HP's IT Dept. Now its telling me "You can't scan anything b/c its not connected to anything." I HAD TO GO BUY A POWER CORD, AND CONNECT IT!
