How to copy selected records from one Datagridview to another Datagridview- Vb. net

Hai Sir, I have question. I was uploaded data with unknown size of row and column. Then I would like to select data according to header name. I mean columns. You do the selecting Rows, but I would like to know selecting columns. Can you please show the tutorial?
