Can you copy and paste more than 1 slide at a time? Can you copy an entire presentation this way?

Yes, this is possible. Hold down shift on your keyboard while selecting the slides you would like to copy. If you have a lot of slides, you can click the topmost slide, then holding down the shift key, click the last slide. This technique will automatically select all the slides in-between as well.
