The vaccination staff has no access to vaccination certificate after few days/weeks. So you have to ask for the medical officer/nodal officer having backend access to the vaccination data. In my case, it was Dy. CMO. I got d certificate from him. He can provide the vaccination certificate immediately as he has all the access to vaccination data. I hope this will help you all who has d same problem as I had.

Watch any youtube video on how to merge multiple dose #1 certificate..then raise a request accordingly & wait for 20-30 days..if the Name/Age/Gender were entered correctly both the times, then the certificates will be merged in 20-30 days to give u a xonsolidated certificate.
