no. you don't need to drag . menu -> datum(pull down) -> offset plane -> enterkey x3

when i do a project in fusion 360 and i do a step file and open it in CREO, will you be able to see that i did it in Fusion 360 or will it look like a project made in Creo in all terms, files and so on ?

No it is not possible for any software, be it Creo,NX, Catia, you name it.
