Tbh I kinda dislike how cookie cutter Bison is because he is such a meta defining character that he kinda kills a whole bunch of other team composition diversity. Imagine if Bison was just another tank, an exceptional tank still, but not so much that he makes other tanks essentially irrelevant by comparison. Imagine players whose teams are defined by which tank they main. I'm a E. Honda main, or I'm a Zangief main, or I'm *gasp* a T. Hawk main, etc. Would make for such a diverse competitive metagame compared to just cookie cutter Bison teams.

You can also use Abel for interruptions. His Super does a grab/ground bounce + team shield. At lvl 30 gives teammates a shield if hit with crits.

I'm sad you didn't even mention OG Zangief. He can completely disable everyone's passive....so bison being hit by 6/6 car Zangief will make it so Bison, and anyone else passive wont work

Street Poison, C2 to charm Bison. 😅 Poison EX, to charm Bison Decapri Super, and C1 reduces Bison ATK 30% Dudley Super, knocks back Bison, C1 causes a stun and his C3 knocks Bison in the air. I mention Dudley b/c I used him a lot early game to beat Bison. I'd knock Bison back, catch him with my Bison C1, Chun-Li C2 (AOE), Cammy C3, her 2nd hit would usually knock someone out especially if the rear person was still taunted by OG Zangief if I ran him instead of Bison.

Best setup to kill bison team is Viper(Super) FBlanka(C1) Akuma(C2) then Viper(C3)

Well, I mostly agree with you Kato, but I still want to keep Elena/SPoison's C1 in the mix, and so it comes down to choice of opening super move between Viper and FBlanka, and I like FBlanka's opening super a lot, but yeah going pure glasscannon the combo setup you described sounds really good, because Fblanka C1 is also really good. I just have a hard time finding the ideal opening super because I relied on Vipers opening super for so long.

It's been so long that he's been out, a nerf is just a TERRIBLE idea at this point. People have built up their Bison and their counter teams to Bison. He's literally the meta from beginning to end. The game at it's very core as to how players progress is centered around Bison. Any nerf to him will require a complete change of the entire game. Without that, without nerfing CPU Bison and buffing tank units, the game simply becomes impossible to reasonably progress in. The CPU characters are 10-20x stronger than any of your characters at their level range. I've had CPU Bison fights that he had 17mil, while mines only had about 1.3mil. No amount of possible gear upgrades, cars, FS, or level ranges will increase your playable Bison to reach those numbers. The CPU characters are all boosted multiple times over. They'd need to change all of that if they nerfed Bison. Maybe they'll do in within the next year or so, when CR reveals the pump and dump scheme of the game lol.

@@YoungPadawan85 I agree with your dislike of the Bison meta. From the moment I saw how mandatory he was, I dislike the idea he exists and how gimped tanks are until very late game... and still completely gimped compared to him. My point though was that a change to the meta that involves a nerf to Bison, without it becoming an immediate death sentence for the games player base, would require a major overhaul of the games existing content. I think I speak for like 99% of the base when I say this, but there is a 0% chance that the devs are willing to do something that major. They'd sooner nerf the shit out of him from player use, but keep his OP skills when the comp uses him, further harming the already negative response about the difficulty.
