If u go encirclement don't deploy stormtroopers as soon as they are available. It helps if u have a teammate with Jaeger armour for the dive bomb and falschimjagers to para drop if buildings are available. Harass their caches with tanks or artillery so that when u go to cut off their lines decapping the points becomes much easier

How yo counter the encirclement doctrine simple lots of mines(including anti tank),tank barricade(make a wall of it) and demo charges and destroy the building to prevent the enemy from respawning in the other players spawn target building.

no1 ever does that in a 4v4 and its way too much dedication to counter 1 of 4 enemy commanders
