Basically, any glove with movement like abilities, defensive, or ranged abilities will help you counter shotgun. Another counter is to run away and jump at them before they have time to react! Works like a charm!

Reverse is actually a bad counter since if the shotgun is running away from u and the reverse has his ability active he can just shoot him and shotgun will launch to the back (idk how to explain this but I’ve done this before and it’s like an escape mechanism)
