The box is beautiful. The instructions are excellent and right to the point without silly side chatter. I'm going to try this with a round box first, Just subscribed and I am looking forward to many more of your videos. Thank you.

Great job. Love this idea. I am going to try it. Do you have a video doing a round box?

Thanks! We cover a lot of different things using this method. I can add a video tutorial for a round box to my to-do list. The process would be to cut a strip (or strips for a large box) that would go all the way around the diameter of the box with an 1/8" overlap and then use the same method for decoupage. For the lid you'd cut a strip (or strips) for the lid rim and then cut a circle the same size as a top, then cut 1/8" off the edge to leave a slight border.

What was the name and brand of the distressing ink you used?

Can this be done with decoupage paper not scrap paper? If so, is there any different recommendations? Thanks

I think you could really it with almost any paper! I wouldn't use a heavy paper like a watercolor, but anything lighter would work. I've even done with wrapping paper. My only tip would be for thinner papers-when the mod podge soaks in they tear easily, so I'd be mindful of that.
