theres an easier way 1. put the video you want 2. go to text then type in a emoji 3. put the emoji where the face is 4. if the pearson moves the use keyframe(the diamond) the make it cover the face of the pearson 5. your done

There’s no tracking feature yet. You have to do it manually with keyframes.

The one with your own 👀 and 👄? You can record a video like that on TikTok, not CapCut. Effects - Green Screen -> 4th one on 10 rows and select a fruit picture you want to use and record.
