I cracked cnx in my first attempt, it is way easy guys , just you guys need to know basic versant assessments and typing practice for good score , 53 is the minimum marks u need to score , your process will be decided on behalf of your scores , so the more you will score the better process you will get , once you clear the assessment test , the next stage is ops , where you will be giving interview to your HR , where he will ask you basic questions like intro , experiences and about your academics, there you have to be calm and patient giving your basic answers , later you have to listen his company terms and conditions and u have to accept it ,without asking for any conditions and favours ,even if he asks about your preferences and expectations for your job , if you are going to ask for some conditions against your process profile he might be look at u as suspect and might consider not suitable for their process , so go for good scores at assessments for better processes at cnx .

@@mehulwankhede8910 hey buddy , I guess wfh is ended entirely in cnx. don't know about cnx Bangalore and cnx Mumbai/Pune maybe some process do allow wfh , you can ask this ques at opps round to your process HR . Typing should be more than good if you really want to score 70+ in assessments -Bcz you will be getting only 30 secs for each sentence where you have to just listen out the audio phrases and type it with very minimalistic mistakes. - grammatical omission/ fillers will be there -There will be short stories and situational based 4 liner paragraphs where you have to read and remember out those paras within 2.5 minutes , then you have to type out the summary in next blank slide of that paragraph within 1 minute 45 secs. - I got Email writing too -8 minutes time( imp remember you have to type in proper email paraphrasing format related to issues and resolution so go throughsome of those emails before assessment ) So be prepared bro remember, morre accuracy in Typing and less errors in basic grammar and spelling mistakes , will help you to score more numbers. Oops is very simple buddy just basic ques , need to answered very simply only in English with basic fluency and consistency and plz dont over exggaturate things ....they are just checking your communication skills as per..position you applied for.,.as you are going to work for..international clients.they will ask you about night shifts and working under pressure ques , just dont think too much be confident and happy go with them without arguments and conditions, later you will get various opportunities to grow in cnx if you have the ability . Bro I have attended first round of English assessment then after 5 days i got a call from concentrix HR bt i couldn't take up the call and then only one time they called me after 1 day i tried to that number bt that is landline not connecting so how can I do now bro

@@jyothishreem6352 bro better go to your cnx recruiting office , wherever you have been applied for with your assessment email and HR round email . Ask them you have missed the hr calls for some geniune reason now you want proceed further process from office only . See bro there are only certain window where they call everyone for the ongoing process if you miss those calls it's very difficult to get them on call back as they recruit candidates on behalf of batches. So better go to office with your recruiting emails . I hope they will further proceed your process from there only.
