Sorry to say this but there is a lot of wrong information about PLAB here. It's not like NEET UG. It is an exam for license to practice in the UK. It is like FMGE of India. You cannot give PLAB in final year. You can give it only after you pass MBBS.

Yaa do that we have mentioned that PLAB is not q degree only licensing exam , we were comparing is post vise , that is after PLAB and GMC registration you become just a general practitioner. Plus we recommend giving IELTS/OET before /after your final prof then PLAB part 1 after internship

Otherwise mbbs from India and residency from Russia is not a good option at all. Why because you will work daily with patients doctors and if you don't know language you will regret your choice.
