Because in general NO software company pay u 60,000 + starting salary for a fresher.. Like ssc and banking jobs.. Plus job security, no need to afraid of manager or boss or their crappy ratings.. No need to Keep on updating new software & other skills to stay relevant in the field.. But Here we can enjoy life with good salary, social respect & work life balance.. No fear of losing job at 40+ due to any crisis.. Not everyone likes corporate jobs..
