This is the most grass they maintain at the Arizona Renaissance Festival. The regular whips aren't that hard on it, but I am more careful where I crack the fire whips.

Any tips on how to solve the stiffness of whips when they arrive from the post? Might be just a UK thing but like 85% of the whips I buy always turn up stiff and bented and such and then make it somewhat harder to crack.

@@Adam-Winrich leather, I've got cowhide and kangaroo and the place on ebay I buy from is usually django enterprises thanks for the reply

If you are buying from a company on Ebay, then most of the whips you are buying are probably made in Pakistan. You might try buying from whip makers in the UK like Rufus Ruffcut, or leather whip makers in Europe such as Giovanni Celeste in Italy or Johnny Öhgren of Witchcraft Whips in Sweden.

How do I get my left hand to co-operate? I’m just starting learning whips and I’m right handed, getting a few cracks but my left hand/arm is stiff and judders.
