Wish legendary enemies had a chance to drop legendary modules instead of legendary items or a chance to drop a module aswell as the legendary drop. As modules are going to be the bottleneck on legendary crafting. Also any event public or not should give at least 1 core, other than the defend workshop events.

@@LCInfantry I wanted to test it but stalker at its current form is very lacking, when I was testing it, I was hoping that regardless of range, if VATS was activated, any range weapon will have 100% hit chance, basically make sniper Vats actually usable instead of going for medium range VATS, but no, the accuracy is still depended/tied to the weapon effective Vats range. And with the buff of the other legendary effect vat hits too 50%, stalker basically obsolete, Not to mention the extra 50% in AP.

its better to craft, that way you're rerolling perks on a weapon of your choosing, rather than rolling for random perks on a random weapon. you can easily end up with a god roll on a shit weapon. key example I got the best possible 3 star perks for a melee weapon, but it ended up on a rolling pin. No bueno.

First roll of a legendary Fixer and I got Aristocratic, AP refresh on kill, and 25 less Vats. Even with only 18k in caps (full health build) it still does 15 more damage versus my primed AA/50/25 Fixer. Very curious how it performs when I’m maxed on caps. The refresh with less vats feels like I’ll constantly be killing enemies with 1-2 hits on a full health.

For crafting I did the maxed legendary intelligence, maxed intelligence, 5 unyielding with +1 intelligence, intelligence bobblehead, and mentats. Crafted the 2 armors and 1 weapon I will use the legendary cores on until I get what I want rather than craft a new one each time.

nuclear winter? All the weapons in that Battle Royale mode doesn’t have any legendary effect 🤷🏻‍♂️ those are normal weapons and their damage rate are influenced by the perk cards you equip in the SPECIAL, besides, Nuclear Winter will be closed in September, so it doesn’t matter anymore.

Sure is and kinda... It's great against mobs and mobs along because... I mean.. duh. But yeah, if you have a well put together build for AP, it's great. If not, it's not noticeable. In my testing it's exclusively useful for commando's against mobs UNLESS it includes the -25% VATS cost. Then it's good for anyone. You get back almost as much as it costs to fire a low AP use weapon to to twice. It could be better... it CAN be amazing. B/APrefresh/25% Fixer means you'll never run out of AP no matter how many mobs there are. Hope that helps.

@@NerfunkalI doubt it. It returns very little ap on slower firing wepaons. I never had a revolver to try it on, but I switched the fixer with it to semi auto and it was basically nothing. It's a very specific place for it to be good. While it would help keep your AP up, you're better off just drinking hard lemonade or my top choice.. Company Tea. If you want AP, that's the ticket. If you get one, let me know how it is if you remember. I'd love to end up wrong as I never did try a pistol. Never came up when I was doing pistols. Just rifles so I only know based on them and this mostly guesswork when applying those results to the weapons. To be clear.... I THINK it would not be worth it. I don't KNOW this for certain. Had to clarify because... well... KZbin.

I just happened something interesting, and I remembered this video, and a mob gave me a legendary weapon with little duration due to the low luck of my character, the weapon broke and let it out in my private world for a departure with my other character, when I pick it up I realized that the duration increase. Somehow, I don't ever get the menu options you're getting. If I go to craft a weapon I have learned from a plan, I can only make a regular one--no option to craft legendary. You'll have to have completed the Wastelanders' storyline and unlocked Vault 76 for any of that to be relevant. Some things you can make legendary are Gauss Miniguns, Gauss Shotguns, Gauss Pistols, and Secret Service armor, among a few other things.

@@Rognvaldi OK, I've completed Vault 76 raid. The only main quest left is Belly of the Beast. I guess because I completed it with another character, I haven't bothered to do it again. If I complete that quest, will I then see the option to make legendary items in the crafting menu? Also, I have not yet purchased a plan in gold bullion. I guess I have to buy at least one plan in gold bullion and learn it to see the legendary item option to craft.

Gambling crafting indeed. I got a one star vampire fixer on the very first modification since I only got 2 legendary cores at the time. Now already abandoned the three star fixer which was good at 50% limb damage and faster reload. Vampire auto fixer is awesome dudes!

I’ve been farming materials like crazy today. I have enough to make about 70 Tesla rifles. Don’t know how many Super Duper will give me. Just need cores and more modules. Modules will be the biggest bottleneck after our stockpiles are exhausted. If we can only buy 10 per day, that’s only 2.5 crafts per day. At most you’ll only need to get 15 cores a day. Since cores aren’t tradeable, they’ll just be stacking up like treasury notes.

I believe server hopping resets the modules back to 10, in the meantime theres a settlement that needs your help, ill mark it on your map

If you can craft the fixer, yes, you can apply legendary effects on it, so the chances to get the Holy Grail for The Fixer B2525 are more high now with this update 👍🏻

Generate an itch to have different great weapons, or find another build you really enjoy. The problem also is that there isn’t content to do once you do have everything you want. Best thing to do is help new people into the game and help new people become a general with enclave quest.

Turtle, I’ve never seen a legendary drill so common sense says it can’t be made legendary in my mind, lol, but I have seen legendary,The Dragon, and I’ve been buying every one I’ve seen the last couple months making my tally 102, they still can be made legendary? From what I know The Dragon CAN be legendary now with this system, the fixed the semiauto glitch exploit it had before, so it’s time to obtain a two shot explosive I guess ✌🏻
