Is perilla's star better to get then brilliant glyph? Just finished the season.

For now I believe you can only have one perilla's star. It's a unique item that I don't believe we've ever gotten before. I think it's better than the brilliant glyph if you don't already have a perilla's star. We don't have anything else like this so it's a best in slot :)

I got that one pinklog in chaos rift2 defeat monster's as drop why did that happen to me and can it happen again

It’s just a rare drop from rift. It can be used for the treasure item or if you get another it can be sold to a vendor (I think for 50b)
