I think many servers with GWarHeads installed have spawn limits

most likely but back in the day when i played with my friends we use to do this all the time to annoy the host of the server which usually was a friend of mine. sadly at some point he just got the bright idea to remove the nukes for the list of things to download before playing. also i tried this just by spawning a lot of NPCs and some TNT and quickly tapping the on button and that did kind of the same thing.

as the creator of gwarheads, i suggest doing this with 400 tsar bombs and several fart bombs
