How to create 3D text in After Effects - Element 3D

In this video, I show you guys how to create 3D text using element 3D in After Effects (AE). Sorry if there was a lot of background noise, I forgot to turn my fan off lol.

hey its "saying your video card doesnt support the selected configuration, please reduce the layer size" when i add the solid layer... my gpu is 1660ti 6gb and i did reduce the size of the solid layer but nothing happened. help pls
