I have bought a few other characters and they are able to fly through 150. Mind they they have passives going off like crazy. The item can either be broken(affixes and such). But also not all items for for ps3/360. Not all items work for each council generation.

You can’t remove that. It’s from the 1B% ring. Some things are missing because some buffs are for other characters.

Ps5 is the same as ps4. There’s ways to do it right from a ps4 save. However it’s easier to do it on a ps3 and then export the save.
