Regular air . You have to make sure the valve is sealed. To double seal twist balloon stem and Wrap a rubber tightly around it .

What's been your experience with the balloons? How long will those balloons stay up? I have balloons to add to my baskets but when I googled it, it told me 3 to 5 days for foil baloons with regular air. However, several stores already have their air-filled balloons out...needing some advice from you and/or your subscribers. Thanks!!
