I notice the main page has all the post in the categories , how do I add categories on the main page so people can choose what they want to read about ? for example ->www.chasingfoxes.com it has categories up at the top , how do I do that ?

It looks great when i'm using the computer but for some reason when i'm using it on my phone or through someone else's phone, it looks disoriented. When i click "mobile view" as i'm editing, it says the theme does not support mobile use but no matter what theme i switch it to, i have the same problem.
