The way I calculate wall load is multiplying high of wall by unit weight of 9" block per meter run by 1.4 That is high of building= 3m weight of 9" block= 2.87kN/m² weight of 20mm rendering= 0.60KN/m² 2.87+0.60=3.47kN/m² 3×3.47×1.4= 14.57KN/m

Your calculation is correct for per meter Run that is if you are using manual design. But when using design software like ProtaStructure all the need from you is the 3.47kN/m2 load parameter , the height of the building and the thickness of block wall

I had an error comment says 2c19, 2c18, etc are unsupported by slab/beam, I placed these columns on cantilever slabs edge.

Protastructure doesn't allow column to sit directly on the Slab. You have to place a cantilever beam under that column sitting directly on the slab
