dude I had the same issue I think it happened to me because when he was setting those axis in blender for each wheel I messed up somehow the angles or something. I went and did that whole process again and it fixed it .

I hope you deselected the calipers as they shouldn't rotate with the wheels LoL. For locational naming conventions in the auto world we generally say "Left Rear", "Left Front", Right Rear" or "Right Front". :)
