Well, there are so many amazing things in Photoshop it's pretty difficult to explain in one comment 😅 But I would suggest you can start looking at videos from PixImperfect and PhotoshopTrainingChannel, because they have just wonderful tutorials on every tools. Then you can think about an artwork and start creating it to practice on your own. I hope this helps bro 😊

For free images you can search on unsplash, pexels, pixabay, pxhere, for premium you can go for adobe stock, Envato Elements, Shutterstock, dreamstime, you must also search in DeviantArt..you will get both free and premium but look at the rules once
