My docs app doesn't bring up the 'Headings' option when I press the + sign and click on Link. What do I do about this. I upgraded the app and still no difference

You must have already inserted the headings to the main body of work before using the plus sign to create the TOC. Make sure you have already created all the necessary headings (1,2,3) in the manuscript first.

@@iconic_fj if you did everything correctly and still see that message, then a few things need to be checked. The document I used was created with Google docs from start to finish. Is that the case with yours or did you create it WPS and just opened it with docs to insert the table of contents?
