Does anyone know how to auto pause custom running workouts? I do have auto pause enabled but it won't stop. The custom workouts are a great tool but a pain to setup. Apple should let you create workouts in the phone...

My Apple Watch doesn’t have the custom purple section in the bottom. Why is that and how do I get it. If that’s not possible say my version of the watch how should I go about timing 8x400m repeats?
