Replace this code Dim HH as integer = Datetime.now.tostring("hh") Instead of Dim HH as integer = Datetime.now.hour

An Exception was thrown for me at Label1.TabIndex = TIME so i fixed it using Label1.Text = TIME

Check your code, it should be Label1.Text= TIME
