Can you help me 🙋🏻‍♀️ I am freaking overwhelmed and confused. The booking software im using (acuity)lets me set clients to pay either in full, pay in person, have them make a deposit, or reserve their card on file. Idk which is a better option. I also want to implement a cancellation/no show policy but not sure how to go about it without it coming off to harsh. Do I have them pay in full but what if they cancel do I refund all of it, refund half of the money, no refund ? If they reserve their card and cancel do I charge them a fee for canceling ? If they make a deposit, will that be refundable if they cancel ? I also think about the next time they book an appointment would they have to dish out all that money again I fear they wouldn’t want to be my client and set a bad name for me. Please help I can’t sleep over this 🙃🙃
