There could be multiple reasons. 1. Your flutter is not properly configured. 2. If flutter is added make sure you have added firebase sdk in Environment variables to use it from anywhere. 3. If Env Variable is not added then you have to check and make sure to run commands in the Project directory.

Yes it was some problem with the environment variables i have added path till flutter folder then i replaced the path till bin folder and it worked

You have to add its path properly either to a complete image path with name or its folder path followed by / and this will load all the content in it.
