Anita, you are a god sent, and may you be heavily poured in blessings, it is rare to find someone that offers their skills without pinning a price tag to everything, I appreciate you sharing your skills with those of us who didn't have a clue to so many things when it comes to sewing, I asked you in your facebook group how to do a high low and you referred me to this video and I must say that first of all i couldn't even find a video that had clear instructions of a high low skirts, but Your video is the best thus far, Clear and precise and to the point, I luv it, thank you again for sharing your knowledge !

I love your video I've watched it MANY times, that dress is EVERYTHING! I am actually going to attempt a similar dress, (for myself) I can't wait! having said that..... when I went to buy neoprene, my joanns only had enough of the color I needed to do a full circle skirt. unfortunately that leaves the entire bodice lacking of that material. I've never worked with it. my question is, can I use a different "lining" fabric for the bodice? What would you recommend? thanks so much your work is amazing. I can't even watch most other videos because they aren't as clear and precise as your videos.

Dang! Looks store bought! I am currently trying to make a long high low cut prom dress. I'm thinking about trying to make it to where it is short in the front and long in the back. The short part a little above the knees and the long trail to the ankles. Is that possible for me to make on a first try without a mannequin?
