To make it automated set the automation to send them the link to order. Honestly, I wouldn't go that route. When people are ready to buy they want to "Buy Now" not later. You may lose a sale that way. Always think about your customer's journey to the product. Make it easy for them to purchase from you.

Thanks for tuning in. Forwarding the domain is what you can do when you want a temporary solution. You can have people click on one link but once they get to that link it takes them some place else. The reference made in this video was in order to not use Canva's domain, but your own. Since the creation of this video Canva has now added the ability for you to add your own domain if you have the PRO account. Domain forwarding is no longer needed but still is a relevant option. I hope this helps.

Canva has truly stepped their game up. Trust me its so many features that I don't know either LOL. I learn something new all the time about Canva which is why I LOVE them. You would purchase a domain from a different source like godaddy for example, and add the web address to your domain as a redirect. Hope that makes sense.

Hello how do you set it up as landing page to build a email list for a pre launch marketing strategy? Like to offer customers a discount if they sign up for emails updates of a launch.

Great question. You'd set up the landing page just like you'd setup the website. Include the items you want. You'd have to have an email system setup as well such as Mailchimp or Mailerlite etc. You'd create your sign-up form in one of those email marketing systems and link it to your form with the use of a button.

You can use a forwarding URL for the Canva website but you're unable to connect a domain at this time. As far as how to put a link for people to download something, you would have to house the file someplace and link to that place on the button.

Great tutorial! This is a bit of a lame question! You've created a landing page with your link. Now how will people find the page? Will they do a google search - and hopefully your landing page shows up in the first page of search results? 😊

In order to get traffic to the landing page, you must have a strategy in place to drive traffic to it. ie Facebook or other social media posts, reels, videos etc. The landing page is the place to convert your followers to whatever the goal is...free webinar, sign-up, or paid product or service. No, marketing is never just left up to chance. You have to plan for success.

Thanks for tuning in! The only way I can think of embedding content would be by adding clickable links. For example you can screenshot a video, place screenshot on the Canva document but link the screenshot to the youtube video. I'm not aware of any other way to embed anything into a Canva website at this time. I also do not think there is a way to remove Canva's branding.

Thank you :) Canva’s embedded links are a great feature - so you can have ebooks embedded on a landing page and click through like a slideshare PPT, but it looks like I would have to use one of their paid connected apps to get rid of the “canva” logo when people see it for those embedded ebooks.
