Some info are not meant for public domain. I hope paypal doesn't see this and tighten their policies. I hope also the monetization from this video can compensate you by the time paypal implements an update to correct these loopholes - permanently closing this sort of accounts. This kind of info is exclusive, usually thought in close doors. This is typically bypassing paypal with fake address.
