How to create a mesh wreath base

In this tutorial, I walk you through my process of creating a mesh wreath base on a 24" evergreen pine. These bases can be found at Hobby Lobby, Michaels, craft outlet, the wreath shop, and (with a tax ID) Sims Pottery. I like using the evergreen pine bases because it creates a fullness and gives all my goodies something to stick to! This recipe can be used ALL year long.
