@@KaseyLuck actually I have a question, when my customers subscribe they receive and email asking them to confirm the subscription. Is there a way to remove that from Klaviyo?

@@cutemelix yes! This is a setting called “double optin” - you want to change that to single optin. Find the list people are subscribing to (in Lists and Segments), and go to the Settings for that list. You’ll see Double & Single optin settings towards the lower part of the page. Switch to Single Optin, save, and you are done!

Hi Suzette! Thanks for watching the tutorial! 1. you need to modify your links if you want Shopify to auto-add coupons to the shopping cart. 2. That would happen if the customer did NOT check the checkbox "i want to receive marketing" in checkout. there's no solution for it - if they didn't select they wanted marketing, they'd have the "never subscribed" tag

Hi, thanks for watching! Some designs and setups can be “desktop only”, so you might have to start from scratch on the second popup and select “mobile” from the beginning. Try to duplicate first, for simplicity, and turn it to mobile, but if that doesn’t work, it’s likely you just have to start from scratch on the mobile one.

Hey! When you created a popup, you should have connected it to an email list (that setting shows up when you click on the popup button in the editing mode). Now, you need to create an email *flow* that’s triggered by the same list! Go to flows > create > pick “welcome” and set it up so that it’s triggered by the same list. Then add an email and include your code in that email!

Is this the first form you're creating in your account? If so, your options will look slightly different, but I cover that at 2:18 in the video - please check it. I just checked my Klaviyo form builder right now, and for me it looks the same as in this video 🤷‍♀. Hope this little tip helps! If not, then which particular part of the popup-building looks different for you?

Oh that’s weird! I’ve never encountered that. Maybe something to do with font color settings? Also, have you tried in different browsers to make sure it’s not a browser issue? If neither of these help, I recommend reaching out to Klaviyo support, they are usually super helpful. Note that if you are on a free account, they are discounting email support soon, so reach out now!!

hey, thanks for commenting! Not sure exactly what you mean. If you've set up a dynamic coupon code via Klaviyo, it should be generating codes for each email recipient. If it's not working as expected, the fastest way to get support would be to email Klaviyo support - they are really good and will be able to look into your account. Hope this helps!
